It helps a solo electrician go from an on-site estimate to a paid invoice in one place. Electricians build quotes room by room directly at the job site, using a preloaded catalog of electrical items, so a clean, professional quote can be handed to the client before leaving. Each quote can be sent by email as a PDF. Clients review and approve it online through a personal acceptance link ("bon pour accord"), and the electrician is notified the moment a quote is accepted or refused. Accepted quotes convert into Factur-X compliant invoices, ready for the French electronic invoicing reform taking effect in September 2026.
