Teams create reservations, generate PDF contracts, invoices and receipts in one click, and record cash, cheque, card and bank-transfer payments, with deposits kept in a separate ledger so revenue stays accurate. Digital check-in and check-out capture odometer, fuel level and condition photos, then calculate charges for late returns and excess mileage. Damage reports become insurance claims with automatic penalty charges, and a shared blacklist flags an ID reported by another agency before the contract is signed. Optional modules add live GPS tracking with route history, a branded online booking website, and a WhatsApp AI assistant that answers customers and takes bookings.
