El Vínculo is a public procurement search engine with daily email alerts, covering Spain and 35 more countries. Every day it collects what the Spanish public procurement platform (PLACSP), the regional portals, the EU's TED and the national portals of 35 countries publish, and turns it into a search engine with filters by sector, CPV code, territory, amount, deadline and procedure.
Every tender has its own page with documents, lots, awards and a link to the official notice; every contracting authority and every awarded company has a profile with its full history. Alerts arrive by email every morning with what is new for each saved search, in the user's language (31 interface languages) and currency.
The free plan includes alerts and 10 searches a day per country. The Business plan (€39/month or €330/year) unlocks one country without limits plus TED, teams with shared searches and a tracking table, Excel export and up to five recipients per alert; additional countries cost the same with a 30% discount from the second one.
It also covers Spanish grants and subsidies (BDNS), the Official State Gazette (BOE) with alerts by topic, and an AI assistant that reviews and drafts technical bids from previous ones. More than 70 companies use it since its first year, both bidding companies and consultants who prepare bids for their clients.
