Quality material, amazing people, meh pricing
The sheer volume of quality learning material is just outstanding. To top it off Joel is an awesome person willing to do casual private exchanges via email with their current/not current subscribers. Their library is well organized too! If you're looking to learn a technology and you're a very visual person - this is the right choice for you.

I really like that there are tons of videos for many different topics in web development. Many of the videos are short and easy to digest, and not long winded like many tutorial videos can be. They get TO THE POINT and do it well.
