edunile is school management software for schools in Nigeria, built around the part most schools struggle with: collecting fees. Schools send each parent their child's fee bill on WhatsApp and email, with a pay link. Parents pay from their phones through vetted payment providers, and the money settles into the school's own bank account; edunile never holds a school's fees. Payments made through the pay link are matched to the student automatically and appear on a who-has-paid view, and the parent receives a receipt without anyone issuing it by hand. Who it is for: proprietors, bursars and head teachers at crèche, Montessori, primary and secondary schools, plus vocational schools and coaching centres. Schools can run edunile alongside the records they already keep rather than moving everything at once. Pricing is per term by school size, not per student.
