The folks at Edgescan are experts, and passionate about all things security; this shines through both the Edgescan platform, and through their excellent customer support. I found the the platform is very easy to set up, the information and output is clear and detailed, making addressing findings much easier as you're armed with a wealth of knowledge not only on the finding, but how to close the gap. It's been easy to integrate into our existing engineering and security processes and tooling. It's simple to set up automated vulnerability scans - and easy to automate those to run frequently.

We have been a long term EdgeScan customer - coming up on 15 years. The ability to have continuous vulnerability scans conducted and the ability to do as hoc scans when changes are made is invaluable. The trend reports over time and time to resolve issues are useful factors for KPI/KRI management.

I find Edgescan terrific to work with because they are always evolving their products. They actively engage with users to gain feedback for continual improvement, and it's clear they value and act on it. I really like their end-user reporting dashboards, which are easy to use and provide real-time information. Plus, they include mechanisms for easy management and tracking of vulnerability remediation. Also, when we switched from Qualsy, I found Edgescan's remediation proposals better and easier to understand. The onboarding process was great too; Edgescan supported us throughout, answering questions quickly and ensuring a smooth transition. Oh, and integrating with our AWS platforms has been seamless.
