I find absolutely all the information I need as an organizer, the navigation is smooth in the comprehensive menu, all the data from an online form on a website can go directly into the application, it's super convenient to also have the app on my mobile phone (Android and iOS) during the event, the ability to import and export all data from an EXCEL file, I see the history of changes and who made them, I can track financial flows related to my organization, I am reassured that the data is stored in Switzerland with a backup in Switzerland, I can manage my organization's equipment, I can send emails from the application with filters to select recipients, I was able to eliminate a lot of EXCEL files and use WhatsApp groups less, the application automatically creates a participation certificate for each volunteer as well as the appropriate tax certificate, the software is reliable with fast speed and smooth execution, the subscription price is very reasonable compared to other competing software which is especially good for a non-profit organization, the explanations are very clear for downloading the app on my smartphone and there is a FAQ tab, I received a message indicating how to install the app, it's important to distinguish between someone managing the data (organizer) and a person participating (volunteer, participant). There is no need for support or processing by artificial intelligence because the application is self-sufficient, I was able to test the application for free before purchasing it.
