edapi is online booking software for independent beauty professionals and small salons — nail techs, hair stylists, lash and brow artists, estheticians, massage therapists, barbers and tattoo artists. Each salon gets its own booking page (yourname.edapi.io or your own domain) with its photos, price list and team. Clients pick a service, a specialist and a free time slot themselves, around the clock, without creating an account. They get an email confirmation, a reminder the day before and a link to move or cancel the visit. When a day is fully booked, clients can join a waiting list and are emailed as soon as a slot opens. Deposits or full prepayment go through the salon's own Stripe account and straight to the salon — edapi never holds the money and takes 0% commission. Prices and deposits are in the salon's local currency (EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, PLN, SEK and more). One plan includes every feature: team calendar for the owner and up to 5 specialists, client cards with visit history and notes, client import from Excel or CSV, reviews on your page, push notifications, free slots shared to an Instagram story, an AI text assistant for service descriptions, and data export at any time. edapi is not a marketplace: it does not list you next to other salons and does not charge for new clients.
