NEXUS Estética is a Brazilian cloud software for professionals who perform injectable aesthetic procedures (biomedical scientists, nurses, pharmacists and dentists who do facial harmonization), working solo or in small teams. It connects the whole visit to the patient record: - Digital intake: the patient fills in her health history, medications and allergies on her phone, by link, before the visit. - Contraindication alerts: before the procedure, the system shows warnings based on what the patient declared, such as isotretinoin use, anticoagulants, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and lidocaine allergy before hyaluronic acid fillers. The alert supports the professional's judgment; the clinical decision stays with her. - Consent forms per procedure (toxin, filler, biostimulator and others), signed electronically on the patient's phone, with a verification code and a SHA-256 integrity hash on the PDF. - 3D face map to record each injection point, with product, lot and expiry date taken from inventory. - Before and after photos per session, scheduling with WhatsApp reminders and confirmation, follow-up reminders, cash flow and inventory by lot. - LGPD (Brazil's data protection law): patient identifiers encrypted with a per-clinic key, consent by purpose and an audit trail. Runs in the browser and installs on Android and iPhone as an app. Interface in Brazilian Portuguese. Support comes directly from the founder, a biomedical scientist.
