eazyPetition is immigration petition software that helps attorneys, paralegals and global mobility teams prepare USCIS filings in one secure workspace. It replaces repeated data collection, email chains and manual form entry with guided workflows, reusable client data and real-time collaboration. Client and employee information is captured once in a secure Immigration Vault and carried across every petition. Smart-logic questionnaires show only the questions relevant to each case and fill in the official USCIS forms. Teams can preview the completed form at any point, then generate a USCIS-compliant, print-ready PDF package, typically in under 30 minutes per petition. Past petitions can be cloned for returning clients and employees, so renewals and extensions such as OPT/STEM OPT EAD, H-4 EAD and Green Card EAD only need new information updated. When USCIS releases a new form edition, eazyPetition updates it for all users, and saved data carries over without re-entry. Attorneys and clients, or HR teams and employees, work on the same petition at the same time. They comment on missing information and update the case in place, with no long email threads. Once a petition is ready, teams can build the package with a cover letter and table of contents, generate shipping labels addressed to the correct USCIS lockbox, track delivery, and monitor case status by receipt number.
