EasyUse Landscaping CRM is job-management software for small UK landscaping and grounds-maintenance firms of roughly 3 to 25 staff. It replaces the rota spreadsheet, WhatsApp threads and paper timesheets with one system for the office and the crews. The office gets a weekly rota that flags double-booking and holidays, customers and sites with access notes, jobs with daily logs, and quotes priced from your own rate card that turn into scheduled work. Crews get a phone app (a web app that installs from the browser) with today's jobs, clock in and out, checklists, photos and receipts, which works offline and syncs when the signal returns. It also covers time tracking, fleet reminders, a weed-spraying diary and QuickBooks Online customer import and invoicing. It was built with a working Dundee landscaping firm. Price: £15 a month for the whole business, with unlimited users and jobs. A free pilot is open to about four firms.
