I love that Easy Redmine gives our 10-person software house gantt charts, scrum boards, ticketing, and a built-in Git repo without forcing us into the cloud. Everything sits on a server in our rack, so the devs feel at home and the compliance guys stop worrying. The little AI “health radar” has already warned me twice that a sprint was slipping before I even noticed the burn-down curve flattening.
