Manifold is built for UK gas, plumbing and heating engineers, from sole traders to small firms, and for the landlords and letting agents they work for. Customers, properties and each property's appliances sit in one place, so a check starts from what you already know. On site you work in an installable mobile app that keeps going with no signal and syncs when you're back in range. FlueScan and PlateScan read an analyser printout or an appliance data plate from a photo, and you confirm every value before it's used. From the same check Manifold produces the Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12), Warning Notices (CP14), Gas Service Records and commercial records (CP16 and CP17). Records can't be changed once generated, and customers get them as links and PDFs. Renewal reminders go out automatically, timed from each CP12's due date. Landlords and letting agents get their own portal. Day and week scheduling, quotes and invoices sit alongside. On Growth and above you can take card payments on quotes and sync with Xero, QuickBooks or Sage. Your records, photos and signatures are stored in London.
