EasyChurchApp is church management software for small and mid-size churches. It combines a church website, a member app, and staff tools for people, events, groups, sermons, volunteers, service planning and online giving in one account. Information entered once appears in every place it is used: an event created by a group leader shows on the public website and in the member app.
Website. Churches build their site with a drag-and-drop page builder and connect their own domain on every plan. Events, groups and sermons publish to the site from the same records staff manage in the app.
Member app. Members use one login on the web and in the EasyChurchApp app for iOS and Android. The app includes the church directory, group pages (public or private), event RSVPs and registration, prayer requests, family profiles, Bible reading plans and push notifications.
Church management. Staff manage member records and custom profile fields, visitor follow-up, events with registration and check-in, sermons organized by series with a podcast feed, volunteer roles and sign-up slots with day-before reminders, and service plans with team positions, rotations and a song library.
Online giving. Gifts go through each church’s own Stripe account to its own bank, with one-time and recurring gifts, funds, campaigns and year-end statements. EasyChurchApp charges no platform fee on gifts; the church pays card processing rate.
WorshipBoard. A desktop app for Mac and Windows that displays lyrics, Bible verses and the service schedule on screen.
Migration. People can be imported from Planning Center, Breeze and Church Community Builder exports, and giving history from Breeze and Tithe.ly.
Pricing. Pricing is monthly and based on the number of active accounts. It is free up to 10 active accounts, then $29 to $150 a month for up to 1,000, with larger churches quoted individually. Online giving, AI assistant connections, YouTube auto-import and WorshipBoard sync require a paid plan.
