Flawless Lease Management with Powerful Automation

Its ability to handle complex commercial leases. Features like automated CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliation, expense escalations, and custom billing cycles are built-in and work flawlessly. The document management system is also critical for us to store lease abstracts, vendor contracts, and certificates of insurance.

The automation is a lifesaver. The online tenant portal for rent payments and maintenance requests has drastically reduced the daily "noise" of phone calls and emails.
