Dwaar AI is a gate management and visitor management platform for gated residential communities in India. It combines ANPR number plate recognition, FASTag and RFID at the gate, so registered resident vehicles enter automatically while visitors, deliveries and vendors are verified against resident approvals and logged. The platform has four parts. The AI Gate Management System connects cameras, readers and boom barriers. Basera is the resident app for approving visitors, pre-approving guests and paying society maintenance. Nazar is the guard app that replaces paper registers. The RWA Admin Portal gives committees access rules, entry logs and reports in one place. Dwaar AI is built for RWA committees and facility managers who want gate security they can verify and audit, not just digitise. It is developed by Entriva Technologies Private Limited, Bengaluru.
