SYNCDATE keeps the calendars you hold at different companies in step, and lets you decide what each one sees. Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft 365, iCloud, Fastmail, Nextcloud or any CalDAV server, choose which calendars feed which, and a meeting booked at one company blocks the time at the others.
Each copy says what you choose. A client calendar can show Busy and nothing else. Your own calendar keeps the real title. A copy can read "[Acme] Standup" so you know where it came from. On Plus you add if/otherwise rules: events under 15 minutes show as Busy, anything with a guest from acme.com gets a prefix, only weekday events cross over. On Pro, each calendar in one sync can follow its own rule.
Google and Outlook changes usually reach the other calendar in under a minute; CalDAV calendars are checked about every 15 minutes. The dashboard shows every sync's state and its run history. SYNCDATE only adds and removes its own copies. It never edits your original events, and when you delete a sync it can remove everything it created.
Free for two calendars, no card, no time limit. Plus and Pro add accounts, calendars, range and rules, with a 7-day trial. Team puts Pro on every seat with one invoice; whoever pays sees plan status and sync health, never anyone's events. Hosted in the EU. Works from your AI assistant too, over MCP, on every plan.
