Dukkani (دكاني) is a web-based point-of-sale and store management application for grocery shops, minimarkets and small retailers in Saudi Arabia. It combines barcode sales, inventory tracking, customer debt records and daily sales reports in a mobile-friendly interface. Retailers can photograph handwritten debt pages, review the extracted names and amounts, and add approved entries to customer balances. Customer statements can be shared through WhatsApp. The application runs in a browser on phones, tablets and computers, with Arabic, English, Urdu and Bengali interfaces. Offline sales are synchronized when connectivity returns. A free plan is available with monthly usage limits, alongside optional paid plans.
