Dueinbox helps small businesses keep track of incoming invoices and payment deadlines. Invoices arrive by email forwarding, upload or a photo taken with your phone. Dueinbox reads the amount, IBAN, due date and early-payment discount, and reads German e-invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD/Factur-X) directly from their XML data. A list sorted by due date and email reminders help you pay on time and keep your discounts. Before you pay, Dueinbox flags anomalies such as a changed bank account of a known supplier, duplicate or already paid invoices, or a PDF that contradicts its embedded e-invoice. Selected invoices can be exported as one SEPA batch transfer file for your online banking; Dueinbox never accesses your bank account.
