Dubsend is a web app for record labels, artists and promo agencies to send promos of upcoming releases to their own DJ, radio and press contacts. Each person gets an email with a personal link to a promo page in the label's branding, where they stream the tracks, give feedback and download MP3, WAV or AIFF files tagged with their name. Recipients need no account or app. The label sees how many seconds each person played per track, who downloaded what and what they said, with privacy-tool opens kept separate. Reports can be shared with the artist as a link or a PDF. Each download carries a hidden mark for the person who downloaded it, so a leaked file can be traced. Dubsend includes CSV import with consent records, a join page with double opt-in, up to two reminders, team seats and multi-brand accounts. Paid plans have unlimited promos and recipients. There is a free plan, a one-off £15 option for a single campaign, and paid plans from £12 a month.
