VeoWork connects to AI assistants such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude through Model Context Protocol (MCP). Connected assistants can help prepare timesheets using work-item context and user-provided hours, flag entries that need attention, and create reports. Personal preferences and shared organization instructions guide these workflows, while existing access and approval permissions apply.
Teams can create Excel reports with source data and pivot tables, refresh existing reports, and use the REST API to bring time data into other reporting tools. These records support billable-hours reviews, R&D reporting, and CapEx/OpEx breakdowns.
