The credit system is as easy as buying credit for a mobile phone, and they even have user account management so my team can access and render work easily. The actual human support monitoring every rendering job is a big plus, handling issues before I even inform them and offering credits to try again if needed. It's really nice that once everything is submitted, I can turn off my system and continue with other tasks, knowing the render will be ready in the folder I want anytime once I have turned back on my system.
