DRILIO is a cloud-hosted management and community platform for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA and grappling academies. Delivered as a single iOS and Android app: Staff create and update class schedules with capacity limits, handle member bookings and perform offline-capable QR check-ins. Integrated Stripe checkout supports recurring and one-off payments (card, SEPA, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Members join in-app discussion channels, share training logs and receive push reminders, making DRILIO both an operational tool and a community hub. All operational and engagement data is stored in Firestore and exported nightly to BigQuery for attendance, retention and revenue analytics. Role-based access control, field-level encryption for health notes, and GDPR self-service data export cover security and compliance requirements. DRILIO runs entirely in the cloud, updates over-the-air via Expo, and requires no separate web console or on-premise infrastructure.
