Dresscode is a CV formatting service for recruitment agencies. It rebuilds candidate CVs in an agency's own style and returns them as a finished Word document, usually in under a minute. It works entirely by email. A consultant forwards a candidate's CV to their agency's Dresscode address, and the formatted version arrives back in the same inbox, ready to send to the client. There is no application to log into, no browser extension and no plugin, so there is nothing for a team to adopt or be trained on. Agencies do not pick from a template library. Dresscode is set up with the agency's existing Word template, and every CV comes back in that exact format: the same fonts, layout, section order, branded header and contact block the agency already uses. Agencies running more than one brand or division can have multiple templates, included at no extra cost. Dresscode accepts PDF, DOC and DOCX files, including scanned documents, and is built for the badly structured CVs that arrive in real recruitment workflows: hidden tables, inconsistent headings, missing dates, and text pasted in from other documents. It reformats only. It does not rewrite, summarise or add to a candidate's experience. The original file is processed and then deleted. Nothing about the candidate is retained once the formatted document has been delivered. Every plan includes unlimited consultants, so cost does not rise as a team grows, and template setup is done by Dresscode rather than the customer. Dresscode is built for recruitment agencies of roughly one to fifty consultants who send branded CVs to clients and want formatting to stop consuming fee-earner time.
