Espo Extensions is a store of add-on extensions for EspoCRM, the open-source CRM. It is built and maintained by Alex Draper at Draper Solutions for EspoCRM admins and teams who run their own instance and want features the core product does not include.
There are 18 extensions in three groups:
- Document management: Google Drive Sync, OneDrive & SharePoint Sync, OnlyOffice, eSignature, Docent (a public knowledge base), Attachment Router, Download All, Multiple Upload and Insert Related.
- Data and relationships: Entity Relay (relationship roles on many-to-many links) and Mail Match (links inbound emails to the right records).
- Admin and productivity: EspoAI (extracts data from documents and emails, and you approve it before anything is saved), Vantage (user activity), Primary Filters, Conversion Mapping, Portal Admin, Staff Admin and Remove Formatting.
Each extension is a subscription with a 1-year or 2-year term, priced from $49 to $249 a year. A term includes new versions, updates for new EspoCRM releases and support. When a term ends, the version you have keeps working. The extensions are GPL-licensed, with no licence keys, no activation and no phone-home. Each extension's first purchase has a 14-day works-as-advertised refund guarantee. Most extensions need EspoCRM 9.0 or newer; each product page lists its exact requirements.
