Dopple team is very knowledgeable about their product and how the interface will work for us. In addition to knowing their own product, they have become very knowledgable about our products and how it configures together - which is a huge undertaking with the number of parts we have! Dopple's customer support and project management worked in tandom with our website company. Both organizations were complimentary of each other and the work they produced, making the ease of implementation and integration seamless and painless.
