Snello is an online booking page for professionals who sell one-to-one sessions: coaches, consultants, trainers, personal trainers and private tutors.
Each professional gets a booking page with their own name and logo. Clients open the link, choose a free time slot and book without creating an account. They receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite, and a reminder the day before the session (the professional can add one 3 days or 1 hour before). If they can't come, they cancel from the link in the email and the slot becomes free again.
For online sessions, the professional adds their own video call link (Zoom, Meet, Teams) once per service. Snello sends it in the confirmation and in the reminders, never before the booking. Snello does not create the video call.
The booking page and the emails are available in Italian, English, French, German and Spanish, and the client chooses the language.
Plans have a fixed monthly price in Swiss francs, euros or pounds. Every plan has the same features: they differ only in how many calendars, locations and users you need.
What Snello does not do: it does not collect payments from clients, it does not sell session packages and it does not bring new clients. It organises the ones you already have.
