Transparent, Trustworthy Commission App Tracking that keeps me motivated
What I like most about Dolfin is the transparency and trust it brings to sales compensation. In the past, I’ve had situations where my commissions didn’t look right and I had to go back and forth with Finance to understand or clarify the numbers. With Dolfin, that uncertainty has essentially disappeared I can clearly see how my compensation is calculated and where I stand. It gives me much more confidence in the process and, ultimately, more trust in my company. On top of that, having that visibility is incredibly motivating and helps me stay focused on crushing my quota.
