My account manager has been very helpful even though he's unable to do very much to solve anything. Their integration with Slack made it very straightforward to get access when necessary.

DoIT provides great AWS products customer support, either through tickets issued on their portal, or through video meetings when more in depth analysis is needed. They have helped us with issues such as understanding cost spikes, products not performing like they should, improving our Cloud CyberSecurity, ... They have helped us understand how to best design and configure the AWS Products to get the best price/performance ratio. They also help us stay on top of AWS new products that may be beneficial to our business. Finally, through they FlexSave offer, they helped save on Compute Costs without reducing usage. They answered all the questions that we've had so far in a very timely and efficient manner. Their cost reports are easy to use and configure to get a deep understanding of the costs breakout.
