We have been using DocuX since Feb 2022. It was very user friendly and intuitive. Any customer suggestions and new ideas were taken very serioulsy by DocuX's team and they would bring features very fast. The best thing was no need to edit or upload documents again and again before e-siging as we would upload in MS word, edit and than sign. Other features that we like was workspace that gave list of all pending documents, labelling or tagging files which kept our work organised. Also adding anyone internal or external for live editing was super easy and fast.

"Versioning. We used to struggle with the way Google docs stored versions. It literally created versions every few keystrokes. Because we do a lot of iterations and a lot of people could work on any document at any given point, it used to get incredibly messy. The way DocuX handles versioning is genius. Only one of our team members can edit a document at a time. Then they can transfer edit access to someone else. Versions are only created at this point, when the document exchanges hands, so to speak. It's genius, I tell you. Of course, the other features such as eSign, and document audit trails, etc. are great as well, but versioning was something we truly struggled with."
