Doctoc is an AI clinic management platform built by doctors for doctors in Latin America, with a focus on Peru. It brings clinical records, scheduling, patient communication, billing and visit documentation together in a single patient record. Clinical records adapt to your own templates without coding, with ICD-10, a drug reference, anatomical drawings and digital signature. Scheduling handles multiple doctors and rooms, sends reminders and lets patients book online. Prescriptions are sent by WhatsApp or email. Doctoc Scribe listens to the visit and fills in the fields of your own form; the doctor reviews and signs. The finance module tracks income and expenses, and e-invoicing is aligned with SUNAT, Peru's tax authority. It runs in any browser on a computer, tablet or phone, with nothing to install. It complies with Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 29733). Available in Peru, Colombia, Argentina and Ecuador.
