There are many AI extraction models out there. Where Docusmo has set themselves apart is through the support. Onboarding is thorough, professional, and most importantly for myself - flexible. My unpredictable schedule has uncessarily prolonged my onboarding experience, but the Docsumo team has remained patient and professional. Highly Recommend.

1. The technology in and of itself - takes some time to get set-up (as do most things worth having), but once it's up and running then it works a charm. It has cut down the time it takes us to do manual data extraction by probably 80-90%, even when including human sample checks of the output data 2. The team - Raghu and the rest of the team have been wonderful. They're one of the most proactive, friendly and knowledgeable teams I've had the pleasure of working with (and I've onboarded a lot of tools during my time at Pento). You never feel like you're asking for too much from them (and trust me, I've asked too much from them!!). Kudos to the team and the customer-centric stance you take on everything you do.
