Affordable Service with Responsive Support

I appreciate the contact with the customer service of Dockosha Secure Document Sharing & Virtual Data Rooms. They responded quickly when I reported that the client interface was only available in English, and in just two days, they added the option to select the language on the client side. This shows excellent responsiveness to my needs. Moreover, the price is another strong point: the services offered are very similar to those of DocSend, but at a cost three times lower, which is crucial for me to maintain the PDF version of my magazine without increasing costs compared to the paper offer.

What is Dockosha?

DocKosha is a secure document sharing and data room platform for teams that need more control than generic file sharing, without the weight and cost of old-school enterprise VDRs. Teams can organize documents and rooms, share them through branded links or custom domains, and control access with passwords, email verification, allowlists, blocklists, NDA gates, download rules, and dynamic watermarks. The viewing experience is built for clarity, with high-fidelity rendering for PDFs and supported office files, plus fallback to the original file when needed. It also gives teams a practical view of engagement. You can track views, downloads, time per page, section-level media activity, comments, feedback, Q&A, version history, and audit trails. The analytics model is privacy-first by design: public viewer analytics avoid storing raw IP addresses, and viewer email is only stored for analytics when the link is configured to collect it. DocKosha works for any business that shares sensitive files externally, but it is especially well suited to boutique advisory firms, diligence teams, law firms, and smaller deal teams that run repeat client-facing rooms and want a lighter alternative to heavyweight VDR platforms.
