DockingWare is a warehouse management system (WMS) and operational ERP for ecommerce sellers and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses. It is built for operations that have outgrown shipping tools and spreadsheets, but that enterprise software would crush. From 10 SKUs to 50,000 and beyond.
The platform runs on a single immutable inventory ledger: every movement leaves a row naming who, when, and why. Sales channels connect directly; orders come in, available-to-promise inventory is published out, and fulfillment tracking flows back. The warehouse floor picks, packs, and ships with barcode verification on handheld scanners. Accounting sees the real landed cost of every unit.
Capabilities include real-time multi-warehouse inventory, marketplace and Shopify order synchronization, available-to-promise control with per-channel inventory reserves, barcode picking and pack verification, kitting, bundles and assemble-to-order fulfillment, lot and expiration tracking with FEFO replenishment, purchase orders, receiving, putaway and cycle counting, packaging material inventory, parcel shipping labels and carrier tracking, and QuickBooks accounting synchronization.
DockingWare is multi-tenant by design, so a 3PL can run separate client operations on one platform. Currently in early access.
