crewduo is field service management software for home-service and trade businesses, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping and cleaning. It covers the whole job in one place: take requests, send quotes, schedule and dispatch visits on a drag-and-drop calendar, and track technicians in the field with the crewduo mobile app (iOS and Android, works offline). Crews complete visits, fill in forms and checklists, capture signatures and photos, and take payments on site with Tap to Pay. Invoicing, online payments, recurring contracts and QuickBooks sync are built in. Customers get a self-serve portal to book, approve quotes and pay invoices. Optional add-ons include a business phone line, two-way texting, an AI receptionist and website chat. crewduo is built in Canada, keeps customer data stored in Canada, and is available in English, French, Spanish and Arabic. There's a free plan, and paid plans are priced per crew size.
