The best thing about DMText is the speed with which they got our 10DLC approved, done under 15 hours! We've used Twilio, Textedly, SlickText and others in the past but DMText's approval time was the shortest. Apart from that, the entire platform is very easy to use, super easy to integrate with our existing CRMs, and the 1-to-1 onboarding experience goes on to show excellent customer support! We have over 500,000 contacts that we were able to reach out with ease. Setting up a campaign was a breeze and pretty self explanatory. Our assistants were able to get used to it right away. We really like that it's a 2-way platform and as a member of their Elite Plus 100K plan, our cost per text is less than a cent. They also offer shopify plugins that can help you collect phone numbers and emails which boosts your revenues.
