What I like most about dmtext.com is how straightforward it is to set up and use. It was easy to implement for my small business, and it integrated smoothly with the tools I already rely on. The setup was super easy, and the 10DLC approval came straight away. The features cover everything I need without feeling overwhelming, and I find myself using it regularly because it simply works. Customer support has also been quick to respond and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, it saves me time and makes it easier to reach my customers.

The best thing about DMText is the speed with which they got our 10DLC approved, done under 15 hours! We've used Twilio, Textedly, SlickText and others in the past but DMText's approval time was the shortest. Apart from that, the entire platform is very easy to use, super easy to integrate with our existing CRMs, and the 1-to-1 onboarding experience goes on to show excellent customer support! We have over 500,000 contacts that we were able to reach out with ease. Setting up a campaign was a breeze and pretty self explanatory. Our assistants were able to get used to it right away. We really like that it's a 2-way platform and as a member of their Elite Plus 100K plan, our cost per text is less than a cent. They also offer shopify plugins that can help you collect phone numbers and emails which boosts your revenues.
