DisputeDash is a chargeback management and representment platform for ecommerce and subscription merchants. It connects to a merchant’s payment processors and checkout platforms, detects each dispute as it is filed, and automatically gathers the evidence needed to contest it - order records, delivery and tracking confirmation, customer and billing history, and the terms accepted at checkout. It then assembles a reason-code-specific rebuttal and submits the response to the processor before the deadline.
The platform supports multiple payment processors - including Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, Adyen, Square, Checkout.com, PayArc, Klarna, and Shopify Payments - and manages disputes across multiple brands from a single dashboard. It includes support for Visa Compelling Evidence 3.0, dispute analytics and win-rate reporting, and configurable review or auto-submit workflows.
DisputeDash is priced as a flat monthly subscription based on dispute volume rather than a percentage of recovered funds. A free analytics tier logs and reports on disputes without fighting them; paid plans add automated evidence gathering and submission.
