Dispaxo is transportation management software for trucking companies with 1 to 30 trucks and for independent dispatchers who run several carriers. It keeps the daily work of dispatch in one place instead of email, spreadsheets and PDFs. Rate confirmations are read and signed from Gmail through a Chrome extension, which creates the load with its stops, rate and broker. Loads are planned on a capacity board by driver and week. Drivers open a link on their phone to share their location, with no app to install, and brokers get a tracking link and automatic status emails as the truck reaches pickup and delivery. Detention and other accessorials are recorded on the load. Dispatchers can manage several carriers from one login, while each carrier's loads, drivers, documents and money stay separate, and carriers decide what a dispatcher can see. The software also prepares IFTA mileage and fuel reports, including a connection to Motive, and tracks driver pay. Dispaxo was started by a working freight dispatcher with a brokerage sales background.
