DispatchLine is an AI phone receptionist for US plumbing, HVAC, electrical and roofing companies. It answers the company's forwarded business line 24/7, in the company's name. When a call is an emergency it gives the safety step first, then asks the triage questions the owner sets and books the job into the arrival windows the owner defines on DispatchLine's appointments board. Every call is recorded (unless the owner turns recording off) with a transcript and a short summary in the portal, and the owner gets an email for every booking and emergency. The owner keeps the existing number and forwards it. Setup is a self-serve wizard of about 15 minutes, and the line only goes live after the owner makes a test call. The agent never claims to be human, and confirmation texts go only to callers who agree on the call. A live demo line, (973) 791-7808, answers as a fictional plumbing company.
