It's an open encryption software making it preferable for encrypting confidential data. It is able to encrypt whole disks or disk partitions, and even the partition containing operating system. Since it supports AES, TwoFish and Serpent encryption algorithms it offers full support of dynamic disks and also has transparent encryption. It also offers ability to create encrypted CD and DVD disks. It supports full encryption of external USB devices too. It offers multi boot options for encrypted operating system disks. It is also compatible with third-party bootloaders.
