Clients like Disco because it gives them an accessible, easy-to-use platform for internal reviews, without the extra complexity that comes with some other platforms. It provides built in tools and features to allow users to easily find the documentation and reference material they need to perform various tasks, which provides easy on-the-job training for users, such that novice users can quickly gain confidence using Disco without a lot of extra time spent training.

The powerful features to set up and narrow the scope of reviews by groups and user types. I was able to create workflows that sped up the review process for my team. It took a little bit of work to figure it out, but the help pages were very thorough. The billing on a per gigabyte basis is also helpful because we can have team reviewers both internal and external (with the client, for example) without increasing the cost of access to the platform. The auto-tagging leaves a little to be desired, but it is largely based upon the quantity and quality of review.

DISCO is extremely user-friendly and has made our document review and production process far more efficient. We don’t need much technical support to manage the platform, which helps us turn productions around faster while staying in control of our own timelines. The AI features are also excellent and further streamline the review process. Overall, DISCO is intuitive, efficient, and easy to manage.
