Disclosure Assistant is a financial disclosure review platform built for legal professionals. It helps attorneys organize, review, and document bank statement activity for divorce and other financial disclosure matters. Upload multiple PDF bank statements and Disclosure Assistant extracts and consolidates transactions into a chronological ledger. Configurable review profiles and explicit rules help identify transactions that may require additional attention, including cash withdrawals, large transfers, deposits, non-cash expenses, and selected merchant or keyword categories. Attorneys can review transactions individually, assign review statuses, add notes, verify flagged items, and generate professional PDF and CSV reports. Disclosure Assistant also integrates with Clio Manage, allowing completed reports to be saved to the appropriate Matter. The platform combines deterministic review rules with AI-assisted functionality while keeping attorneys in control of the final review and conclusions.
