QuickBooks Online has no Sales by Rep report, and the Desktop-to-Online migration demotes the old REP field to an initials-only custom field. SalesRepFielder closes that gap for the person who actually closes the books. It connects to QuickBooks Online, reads invoices, sales receipts, payments, credit memos, and refund receipts — including the migrated Sales Rep custom field — and applies your commission rules: flat, tiered, per-deal rate lookup, margin-based, quotas and attainment, bonuses and SPIFF windows, splits, pools, manager overrides, caps, and clawbacks. A payout layer handles draws, guarantees, and floors. The run ends as rep statements plus a journal entry posted into QuickBooks (preview first, one click to post, never silent) — commission expense and liability, line-level detail. Three ways to set up: configure rules directly; upload the commission spreadsheet you already use (Excel, ODS, or CSV — formulas are read and translated into rules, and the translation is proven by replaying your own sheet's numbers); or answer a guided interview. Nothing activates without your confirmation. The Replay Auditor is the trust mechanism: feed it what you actually paid and it diffs every document against what the rules say — drift, duplicates, unknown reps, and honest "not in rules" reasons.
