It ensures full confidentiality and anonymity for whistleblowers, with top-level security measures, including: Two secure voice reporting options: A dedicated phone channel, fully compliant with applicable laws. Integrated with a secure switchboard and multilingual voice guidance, it allows whistleblowers to file reports by phone while protecting their identity. The ability to record and submit voice messages directly within the platform, offering an alternative voice reporting method that is secure, user-friendly, and fully aligned with regulatory standards. End-to-end encryption, for both data transmission and storage. Regular or on-demand vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, performed by independent cybersecurity experts. Certified infrastructure, hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and backed by ISO/IEC 27001:2017 certification (Tier IV), ensuring maximum reliability, data control, and performance.
