Digital Eatery is a point-of-sale system for restaurants that runs fully offline. Billing, kitchen order tickets (KOTs), menu editing and inventory all work on the machine in your outlet, so service keeps going when the Wi-Fi drops. Instead of a monthly subscription, the offline POS is sold as a lifetime licence: pay once and keep it for as long as you run your restaurant. The launch price is ₹9,000 ($150), held for the first 100 restaurants. A web version of Digital Eatery stays free for everyone. It is built for independent restaurants, cafés and takeaway counters that want reliable billing without recurring software fees.
