Our primary and most established service. We build dedicated development teams that
integrate directly into client organizations. The client retains full control over project direction; we
handle recruitment, HR, payroll, contracts, and talent management.
Two cooperation models:
• Extended Team - developers work under the client's direct supervision. DC provides
talent sourcing, contracts, and ongoing operational support. The developer functions as a de facto in-house team member.
• Managed Team - DC takes full responsibility for delivery, including project management, quality assurance, and team coordination. The client defines what needs to be built; we own how it gets built.

Developers work exclusively for the client but remain on DC's payroll. DC handles all legal compliance with Polish and EU labor law, payroll, benefits, and tax filings.

End-to-end recruitment for companies hiring engineers directly onto their own payroll. We source, screen, run technical assessments, and coordinate interviews. The candidate becomes the client's employee - not ours.
