The bite size infomation. It is such powerful info but broken down so that the most difficult of concepts are brought home and land safely and retained. On the desktop it is quite easy to use and the interface is easy enough. I have personally not reached out to their customer support because anything I would query my employer would reach out to them on our behalf. I tried to login atleast daily which also helps because you get points/rewards for the daily streak.

It's an interactive platform which makes it possible to learn via text or videos. Makes learning fun and enjoyable.

It's straight forward, easy to navigate.
