We’ve been using DIDHub.io as the phone number provider for our new Voice AI service integrated with VAPI, and honestly, the experience has been outstanding. We encountered a few technical issues during deployment, and even when the root cause wasn’t on their side, they stayed involved, professional, and genuinely committed to helping us resolve everything. That level of ownership and customer care is rare. On top of all that, we reduced costs compared to our previous provider while getting significantly better service and support. Highly recommended for anyone building Voice AI, SIP, or telecom infrastructure that needs reliability, scalability, and a modern user-friendly experience.
