DialSheet is a browser-based power dialer and CRM for outbound sales teams of one to fifty reps who are tired of paying $30 to $250 per user per month for a phone system.
The difference is the telephony model. DialSheet connects to your own Twilio account, so calls are billed by Twilio directly at wholesale rates (about $0.014 per minute for US outbound and about $1.15 per month per phone number) with no markup. You own your numbers, your recordings and your data. A typical rep spends $7 to $15 a month on calls. Teams that do not want a Twilio account can take a DialSheet-managed line instead: $49 per month for a local US or Canadian number in the area code you choose, 1,500 outbound minutes, and the full Pro plan for three users, live in about a minute.
Software is free for one person with up to 500 leads and 500 calls a month. Pro is $29 per month per 3-seat pack, never priced per user, with unlimited leads and every feature. The rate you join at never increases while you stay subscribed.
Dialing: one-click calling from the browser with no desk phone or install, power-dial auto-advance with one-click dispositions, a parallel dialer that opens two to four lines per lead with automatic voicemail detection, a DTMF dialpad, local-presence numbers and number rotation to manage spam-likely flags.
CRM: CSV import with automatic column mapping and custom fields, tags and multi-select disposition filters, shared team lead pools with per-rep assignment, a deal pipeline, and tasks with callback reminders. A built-in Do Not Call list blocks scrubbed numbers before a call connects.
AI call intelligence on Pro: every recorded call is transcribed and summarized with next steps. Admins define a call script with checkpoints and banned phrases, and each call is scored with per-call coaching notes and a team-wide script compliance rollup. Scoring is advisory and never overrides the rep.
Teams: seat packs, shared numbers with per-rep assignment, an on-screen script panel for new reps, and a live leaderboard with 7-day, 30-day and custom ranges plus CSV and image export.
Integrations: REST API, an MCP server that works with Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor, webhooks, and CSV export.
DialSheet is a fit for solo founders, SDR teams, real estate wholesalers, recruiters, insurance and final expense agents, business funding desks and lead-gen agencies. It is not built for enterprise contact centres that need skills-based routing, workforce management or 24/7 phone support.
