Diagrid Conductor is a fully managed service that simplifies Dapr in production. With Conductor, developers and platform engineers can confidently and more easily manage Dapr applications on Kubernetes across multiple clusters and cloud providers. Conductor's key capabilities include: - Cluster Management: Install Dapr, Upgrade/Downgrade Dapr, Roll-out/Roll-back Dapr to Applications, Certificate Management and Rotation - App Visualiser: Dynamic graphical representation of all services, Sync and Async calling paths, health status of apps and components, latency/error rates/requests-per-second monitoring - Advisor: Scanning Dapr deployments against over 40 best practices in the areas of Security, Performance, Reliability & Observability. Auto-fixes issues where possible. - Cost Optimization: Analysis of Dapr and application usage of infrastructure resources.

Diagrid Catalyst is a managed agent runtime that adds durable and verifiable execution to the AI agent frameworks teams already use. Built by the creators of the open-source Distributed Application Runtime (Dapr), Catalyst lets developers make existing agent workflows resilient to failure and cryptographically provable without re-architecting how those agents are built. Most agent frameworks have no built-in way to guarantee that a long-running workflow recovers and finishes when something breaks. When an agent fails mid-task, work is lost, tokens are wasted, and a person has to step in. Catalyst solves this by pairing durable execution with verifiable execution. Agents resume from the exact point of failure, and every step can be cryptographically signed and traced back to its source. Traditional durable execution was built on determinism: replay the same steps, get the same result. Agents behave probabilistically. They branch and call tools in unpredictable ways, which breaks that replay model. Catalyst was designed for probabilistic autonomous workflows as well as deterministic code, which is what separates it from durable execution engines built for code and later adapted for agents. Key capabilities: • Durable workflows that survive crashes and restarts across long-running tasks without losing state • Verifiable execution where every step is cryptographically attested and tamper-proof, giving security and compliance teams a chain of custody for what an agent did • Framework support across LangGraph and LangGraph Deep Agents, Microsoft Agent Framework, Google Agent Development Kit, AWS Strands, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Managed Agents, CrewAI, Pydantic AI, and Dapr Agents, with no rewrite required • Deployment across cloud, on-premise, hybrid, and fully air-gapped environments, with multi-cloud and sovereign support Developers add a Diagrid code package directly into their framework of choice and gain durable workflows immediately. Who uses Catalyst: • Platform engineering teams that want reliability infrastructure that runs anywhere and needs little maintenance • Security teams that need to prove what every agent did, backed by cryptographic attestation • AI teams that want framework freedom and workflows that survive failure • Technology and security leaders (CTO, CSO, CAIO) who need to move AI past demos into production Catalyst is designed to strengthen the platforms teams already run. It complements hyperscaler offerings such as Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore, Google Gemini Enterprise, and Microsoft Azure, making agent frameworks running on those platforms more reliable and verifiable. Organizations in regulated sectors such as financial services and healthcare use Diagrid to orchestrate multi-agent workflows and cryptographically attest which agents acted and when, with fine-grained data access controls across their infrastructure.
Diagrid delivers the most reliable platform for mission-critical workflows and autonomous AI agents. It was founded by Mark Fussell (CEO) and Yaron Schneider (CTO), the creators of the open-source Dapr and KEDA projects, who built large-scale distributed application platforms at Microsoft. Diagrid builds on Dapr, a graduated Cloud Native Computing Foundation project, to help enterprise platform and security teams run durable, secure agents and distributed applications in production. Its products are Diagrid Catalyst, an agentic AI orchestration platform for durability, security, and governance, and Diagrid Conductor, a SaaS tool that automates Dapr operations and observability on Kubernetes. The team are active Dapr maintainers and contributors. Diagrid is SOC 2 Type II certified and backed by Amplify, Norwest, Quiet Capital, and Third Point Ventures.
